On 10/5/2024 I was redirected to this site when trying to pay for parking in Columbia, MO. I have no idea what I clicked but they tried to charge me $39.95. Luckily my bank tagged this as fraud. Now this bank has my card info and I can’t reach them or change it. It also says I have a membership but to what I have no idea.Customer Answer

Only partial credit given, 49.95 and 4.95 II have contacted numerous times requesting the balance be returned. They still owe me 49.95 and based on their response the 1.95 should be returned as well

This company was taking money out of my checking account monthly for 5 months in the amounts of $1.95, $4.95, and $49.95. I never heard of this company, let alone authorized them to make auto. withdrawls from my account. I notified my bank of the fraud, and now have to wait for a new debit card to be issued.Business Response

On 6/29/23, 9/27/23, and 10/27/23 this company has auto drafted $49.95 from my bank account. They obtained my bank account information that was sold illegally on the dark web. I have called asking them to stop charging my account but they continue to charge me. I have placed a hold on this bank account to stop further charges. But they are a thief that steals from seniors!Business Response

I have a pending debit of $39.95 in my banking account from this business. I reached out to their customer service department phone number listed on their website as being available '24/7/365', which is in and of itself FRAUDULENT. After calling it to question or dispute this pending charge, an automated voice message states that office hours are M-F.
I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this company, or any other company (with very few exceptions) to make automatic charges to my bank account!! After further investigation, I discovered that this company has already been charged with fraud in another state. I'm demanding that this charge be cancelled or refunded immediately. If not, I will be notifying my local State Attorney's office to investigate this company for doing this to persons in our State. If I'm required to cancel my debit card to prevent further fraudulent charges on my account, I'll also pursue legal action to be reimbursed for time needed to address this issue, as well as punitive damages for the stress this is causing me. We attempted to refund the transactions on the credit card in question but the customer's bank has declined the refund. On November 20, 2022, this business has a pending, pre-authorization, they say, to with draw $39.95 from my personal checking account. I have NEVER heard of this company, have absolutely no interest in their product and I DO NOT pre-authorize for Anything to be drawn from my personal bank account.
I sent an e-mail asking "how and where did you get my information, asked that any membership and pre-authorization to draw from my account be canceled and to refund any money drawn".
Right now my biggest complaint is that it even happened and how !???
