    This review is not intended to disparage The Computer Guru, ****** ******** technical expertise, but to caution others about his temper, his attitude towards customers and his behaviour. I took an offbrand miniPC to him to install windows 11. Each time I tried to describe my situation, he interrupted me to tell me how mistaken I was and how he could fix anything. When it became clear to me he wasn't listening and his only intent was to push his skills with computers, I told him I could not work with him. At which point, he unleashed a stream of invectives about my education and my stupidity, and proceeded to tell me to get the f*ck out of his store. I thought he was going to have a heart attack. The cursing and yelling didn't stop -- he followed me out to my car, screaming. To his credit, I never heard anybody use the word "f*ck" more times per minute than he. ("F*ck you", "Get the f*ck out of my store", "You're a f*cking idiot", ...)

    ****** is fantastic. This was the easiest new computer I have ever bought. He "held my hand "through the entire process and the results were practically instant. I felt he charged a fair price for his time and gave more value than what was paid. I also appreciate that he did not "nickel and dime me" over follow up questions via text. I love that I just show up and he is there to serve. EASY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Computer Guru has extensive knowledge and experience, and it shows . He was persistent in identifying and resolving an unusual problem with my device. Highly recommend.
