      I hired Cordoba Legal in December ‘23 to represent me in my debt consolidation. I have received constant phone calls, texts and emails from my creditors for the past five months even though they were all informed Cordoba Legal was handling my affairs. Most recently Del Norte Credit Union collection offices from all over the country have been harassing me regarding the credit card balance non stop with phone calls from 8am to 8pm and I just learned they have now contacted my friend (who was the emergency name on the the account) and my former employer. Surely this is not legal. I have spoken to Cordoba and they have suggested I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am an 81 year old woman going through chemo and trying to continue to work in order to responsibly pay off my debts. I simply cannot deal with this added stress and implore you to please help me resolve this situation immediately. Thanking you in advance.

      Signed purchase contract for my 2016 Dodge Durango car in 2007 for 7 years. We are currently in our 7th year and still have close to 2 years left. I am aware we are 3 months behind but this only totals $1600. According to the totals we have paid from March 24, 2021, we paid 13325.50 which should be almost half of what we owe. When asked for my statements I was to be charged to receive them $22 an hour to retrieve them and they couldn’t access to the beginning of the loan. I need to know why I am paying double for a car that should have been paid off and current.

      I made a $700 payment on my auto loan to apply to principal only because I am ahead on my payments. The bank only applied $653.35 to principal and took $46.65 for interest. They refuse to reapply the payment to principal only, or to advance the payment date. The loan officer told me "your principal went down, I don't know why you're complaining?" They're stealing $46.65 from me.
