      By far the worst Urgent Care facility in **. Nothing done here was Urgent or Care. I had to call multiple times to try and get results back from a test that their Urgent Care doctor scheduled me to take. Two weeks have gone by with no updates from them. My most recent call was answered by ***********************, their Operations Manager. She repeatedly cut me off from speaking and offered no resolution to my concerns which of course is frustrating to the point of yelling over the phone. Instead of Aspen providing the care that people deserve they hold test results hostage and ask for you to schedule a follow up appointment so you can spend more money in their clinic. It's astonishing that a simple 10 minute follow up call can not be provided to someone in a respectable time frame. No apologies from ******, just excuses and tactics to get more money out of your pockets. If you are planning on using Aspen Urgent care, Don't.

      **************** contacted the clinic numerous times after we advised him that we would send a message to the provider to contact him with his results. After the 4th call in one day, patient was scheduled for an appointment at 1:30pm on 09/22/22 per the provider's request to review results and order additional studies. **************** shows up at the clinic at 10:00am demanding to see the provider and a refund for his visit on 09/6/2022 stating "We never did anything for him" Front staff stated to him that he has an appointment at 1:30pm and would need to come back. **************** became very aggressive with front staff and management after we asked him to come back at 1:30pm for his appointment. He refused. We handed him copies of his results and asked him to leave the facility. **************** then had an altercation with another member in our waiting room where we had to contact law enforcement.
