  I have photographed many of Luna Design Build's projects--both completed and in process--and I have been very impressed with the beauty, execution and quality of workmanship. In our time together I also had occasion to meet with some of their clients as well, who were so pleased and actually in awe of the results and spoke glowingly of **** and his team. Kudos!

  Adam and Sam have transformed my painting Studio into a bright and beautiful place where I am happy to spend my time painting. Sam was very attentive to what I wanted. The project was finished on time and on budget. I would recommend them to anyone. They really went out of their way to make it a cop-able and exciting time. They made my life easier.

  We terminated our relationship with Luna Design Build, Inc. midway through our remodel project on 3 bathrooms. The red flag was the Contractor requiring immediate (next day) payment on invoices, allowing us little time to carefully review charges. The payment demand was always under the threat of the job will slow down. We decided to take a few days to review the invoices and discovered many errors, including significant over-charges, failing to apply contractor discounts, and duplicate charges for work that had already been completed. When questions were asked or receipts requested, the Contractor was defensive and dismissive. As owners, we were the ones who had to pay attention to numerous details, create punch lists and send constant reminders. We learned that Luna Design Builds ********** general contractor license was cancelled from July - December 2023. In that period of time, the Contractor was working on our kitchen remodel project without an active license. The license cancellation was never disclosed.

We do not agree with you that there were duplicate charges, nor that any unreasonable or discourteous communications were perpetuated. We make every effort to retain billing accuracy and transparency, and we encourage our clients to discuss any related questions directly with us. Another inaccuracy in your review statement is that there was no cancellation of Lunas contractor license; while there was indeed a delay in the renewal processes, this had nothing to do with Lunas credibility nor with Lunas standing with the ******************************** and the State of **********. We take our clients very seriously, and are grateful for the long standing relationships we have developed over the years with many of them. The fact that your impression was so negative is very distressing to us. We can only promise that we will consider your feedback seriously and learn from the experience.
