Unprofessional. During my last appointment, there was a ruckus directly outside the treatment room door. Fifteen minutes later when I left, there were five people (including Violetta) in the small area outside my treatment room still talking loudly and carrying on. ******** told me this was "normal," but I don't accept that assessment. In all the years that I've been getting massages, acupuncture, and colonics, I have never experienced such a disruptive atmosphere during a treatment. There is a waiting room - that is usually empty - away from the treatment rooms that is a more suitable place for conversation. After I complained, I happened to be looking at my ***** ***** account. Written on my cleared check someone wrote (quote) "You're an *******." *** swears it wasn't her so it must have been ******** as the handwriting for "Cash" and "You're an a******" are the same. The check is dated the day of my treatment for $135.00 (website says $130 per treatment) and posted to my account 5/6/2024. I rarely write checks. Businesses typically stamp their business name on the "Payment to" line instead of writing the word "Cash."

360 is a wellness center with doctors and health practitioners. At times there may be multiple clients leaving or coming to their appointments at the same time and people may talk to each other creating some noise in the hallway. However, each wellness room is private and practitioners strive to provide healing environments for the benefit of their clients. And while no one likes a price increase, business are often forced to raise their prices. It is unfortunate that we had to raise our rates by $5 and it caused anger in our client. I also have no idea who wrote that comment on the check. I have been in business for 8 years and I have built my clientele with excellent customer service and dedication. Anyone can go to all of my online reviews and see I have an amazing customer service record. This review is completely off base unfair one sided.
