      visits with Dr. George M*****, DOM have been stressful, unclear and unhealing.
      He doesn’t realize it’s not his therapy session to vents about his personal issues. while he should be allowing his patients to relax in a calm quiet therapy session.

      I offered to give her her money back (406.00) but she continues to harass me. I am not going to offer again. She would not sign the form the insurance company gave her. I asked her not contact me again.

      Dr m***** is a very dishonest human being. Not only he doesn’t honor what the appointments are made for ** **** **** ***** *** ********* ** **** ** * ******* * **** **** **** **** ** ** ***** ** *** ** ** * ***** *** **  ***** *** ** ***** * ****** ******** *** ********** ***** **** *** ******* *********** ** **** *** 
      My attorney said that his agreement that he saw the me was insurance based as he wanted to be reimbursed by his insurance and I have an email from him indicating that it’s not insurance documents, as I told him I was told not to sign the insurance documents, meanwhile my second attorney asked me to get a copy of his original agreement he wanted me to sign. It’s clear he doesn’t want to refund me as Dr M***** refuses to send it to me so my second attorney can finalize and request my refund. 
      I have documents and witness  to prove  my nasty experience  with him.

      STOP BEING DISHONEST. 
      I was instructed by my attorney to have him send the agreement he wants me to sign so I can get refunded. He will not send me the agreement  as his last email he stated that his not obligated to refund me. I never realized asking someone to refund me is harassment. Dr m***** has once again proven that his a very dishonest human. 
      please ask him to send a copy of the agreement that he wants me to sign to get my refund.
