    On Nov. 23 I texted Chris the owner of Cypress Heating and plumbing. I Said I was going to have knee replacement surgery and I needed a shower head with a handheld shower head. I asked his recommendation. I enclosed the photos of my shower.
    He replied and said they could do it and replace the trim plate and handle.He also asked what type of handle and I said any that will go with the shower. I sent him more pictures.
    He then sent me his recommendation the DeltaFaucet Arvo 14 series with a duel hand held shower head. Also the amazon site so I could see it. He said he would be over December 13 the cost would be $400 plus tax.This covered the plate, handle overflow cover and spout.
    Then my surgery got cancelled so I texted Chris Telling him the Monday of the 23rd would work .
    His guy arrived at 9 and quickly removed the showerhead and installed a different one from the pictures I saw. I told him this and he said this what Chris said to bring. OK, I thought , so he is here so proceed. He removed the cover plate he said the one he had would not work so he left to find one. After an hour or so he came back and said he could not find one. I said now what and he said Chris told him to tell me to clean it with vinegar. So I cleaned it and he put it back on. Then he had a plastic handle not the chrome one. Last he replaced the spout and the overflow . This took around 30 min or less.
    I hen received the bill from him and it was $542.19 not the $400.00 with tax.
    I texted him and told him I got the bill and reminded him it would be $400 plus tax. I also said I did not get a new face plate had to use the old one. Also it is not the showerhead you sent photo of. So why is the bill $542.19
    His response Hey ,good, pay the invoice. Is your shower functioning, I stayed it would be around 400....542 and your questioning. It is what it is.
    The shower head his guy installed is only 23.37 on Amazon. He guy spent just over an hour to install the parts he had.
