    We had a reservation at cities of gold hotel on 11/27/2024. Checked into our room and found bugs on the floor, stains on the walls and no smoke detector. I spoke to the front desk attendant and we got reassigned to a new room. While getting settled into the 2nd room we noticed it was in the same condition if not worse. Fowl smell, stains on walls and linen as well as blood smeared on the head board. I went back downstairs to the front desk and spoke to a ****** ******. She was extremely rude and didnt care about the situation whatsoever. She declined to offer a refund even after I explained we would no longer be staying there. Her response was wait until Friday nobody can help you right now. Today is Friday and I called and spoke to ******** the manager. Her customer service skills are horrible. Talking over me and being argumentative while I explained our experience and situation. ******** claimed to have gone to inspect both rooms on thanksgiving and found them to be in perfect condition. ******** is in complete denial that her rooms are filthy or may need glasses to see where the problems are. Needless to say she also refused to issue a refund even after she saw the images I sent. Place is horrible as well as the customer service. Steer clear from this dump.
