      Super Hero Inspection company was designated by my home insurance company to complete the inspections on my home repairs. The first inspection was of my roof. They did not actually look at the roof as they stated "due to accident liability" they are not allowed to actually climb ladders to look at the completed work. So they submitted a report stating "client states roof is complete, unable to verify." My insurance company did not accept this and i had to order a 2nd inspection. The second inspection was no different and they failed to report a percentage of work completed so again this was rejected by my insurance company. I called the company for assistance and was told that they completed all inspections per their policies and my dispute was with the insurance company. I had to climb on my roof and take pictures myself of all the completed work as well as pictures from the inside of the home and emailed these to my insurance company directly. I was charged $75.00 for each of these inspections by Super Hero even though they were rejected by the insurance company.

      We are sorry to hear that **** ***** is experiencing issues regarding her insurance claim for roof repair reimbursement.  Super Hero Inspections was contracted by MCS to take photo of the damages and repairs on her insurance claim.  Due to liability issues Super Hero Inspections inspectors do not and have never accessed roofs for any type of inspection and MCS is fully aware of this. In addition, we have not billed, invoiced or requested payment from **** ***** for any service performed at her property.  If **** ***** has a grievance with the inspection process or the amount she was charged she will need to contact MCS directly.  Here is our point of contact at MCS regarding this matter.
