    I have been going to this facility for more than five years and finally I became ****** and found another provider. Although the service providers at this facility are mostly good to excellent and ******* is also amazing and kind, they have a receptionist who is abrasive, ******, and generally cold and seems annoyed answering any questions about anything and get very nasty. I had one bad interaction with her several years ago because they did not call to cancel my appointment and left the office and acknowledged that was what happened and we got into it - over the next several years, this happened two more times without me saying a word. It's been years since and thousands of dollars later and this receptionist is still passively hostile even when I don't raise my voice or am rude. Also, you need to know that they are a real pain to try to get an appointment with - this could be their not so lovely receptionist. So, I went online finally and there are SO MANY companies that offer the same services and everything is so much easier. I do not recommend this company and... there are so many other options available. OMG... I just saw all the other reviews... all of which are mostly really negative. I agree.
