    "Everything that could have gone wrong with this project went wrong"; exact words of ***************************. The entire project was supposed to take one week but due to no supervision, the project took an additional 5 weeks. The work was so subpar that the mold inspection failed twice. The drying equipment was left on too long with no supervision causing additional damage to walls, ceiling, closet and bathroom.His inability to supervise the project made my living situation very difficult. The workers left a terrible mess, damaged my floors, and desecrated my bathrooms. They broke into my home on a Sunday, and entered in and out of my back patio without consent. The ** unit was not installed properly, they damaged the ceiling, and dented the door frame, all of which they did not disclose. When I reported the the additional damages, ******, the owner, sent a housecleaner, fixed the closet frame but refused to fix all the other damages they caused On Sept 3, ******, called the project quits. He refused to inspect the remaining repairs in front of a witness. He thrust his bill at me, threatened to take me to court to pay his charges when he, himself, refused to complete the repairs. This was highly unethical and unprofessional. He refused to provide requested documentation of dates, who entered, work done, licenses of their workers, etc. ****** deducted only ****** from the final invoice. I should not have had to find an outside repair person when this company should have fullfilled their part of the contract and fixed all the repairs..
