    Bought a glass enclosure for a walk in shower from Action Glass in 2019. Once installed, the door was too tight and when opening it vibrated the stationary glass. I called to tell them and they told me it wasnt a problem and if it were to break it would only shatter, as opposed to breaking in big sharp pieces; but it would be fine since it hadnt broken so far. In 2024 we asked them to come adjust the door. Every time we took a shower water went onto the floor outside the enclosure. A service expert came and said he couldnt adjust it as the house had settled. Asked them for something to keep the water from coming out onto floor in front of shower door. They gave me a bypass drip tray for the door (ours was not a bypass door)! It didnt work. Went back numerous times and was always given something else, for example different strips for door to block gap etc. Nothing worked. Also in general very rude to me. The employee also criticized the Owner for giving me a wrong part. Finally I went t to ******** Glass, a competitor of this shop. The Manager there knew exactly what was wrong by my description. He sent out 2 of his experts. They brought a bubble strip that they put under the door as well as a proper strip on the edge of the shower door. They adjusted the door as well. Now we have no water coming out of the shower. These parts werent even brought up by Action Glass yet it was so simple! Im so glad I dont have to go into their shop again as they made me feel so uncomfortable and they actually didnt care about fixing the problem. I gave them one star since the option to give them 0 wasnt there! I wont even go back to ask for a refund for useless products they sent me home with that didnt work!
