      My sister and I were lured into Urban Calm, given free facials by people who knew what they were doing and explained each step of the process. The results were amazing!!

      Extreme pressure sales scam. They lure you in and then try to sell you product at very high prices - theyre very good actors. Like others have said, you can purchase elsewhere for much less. This store certainly gives a bad rep for our beautiful Santa Fe.

      This is a total scam. I visted Santa Fe and a woman was out front luring people in. She is good at it, and you are inside geting an eye cream treatment before you know it. The eye cream seemed to have fantastic results so I paid $300 for it. Once I got home with it, I found the results were not the same nor did I feel the tightness under my eyes as I did when in the shop. I could not have gotten the same cream as what was applied to my face in the shop. After the cream purchase, they offered me a complimentary skin tightening treatment with a man. I sat in the chair, he gave me a speel before beginning, and I changed my mind. He was extremely upset with me. ****** this store. You will find they have scammed people out of thousands of dollars. You know the saying, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is". And in this case, they are total scammers.
