    Mold remediation estimate February 2023. Restoration estimate April 2023. I was charged $20,000.00 for mold remediation, close to 6 times the original estimate. After over 5 months, the restoration of my home is still not complete. Mr. **** threatens to cease work while demanding additional funds. Many items in the original restoration estimate were never done. Mr. **** hired inexperienced, unskilled workers. The quality of the work is abominable. I had to pay additional contractors and technicians to do the work that Mr. **** contracted for but was not completed. Mr. ****** workers caused damage and destruction in my home, which I bear additional cost to remedy. Mr. **** is not licensed to perform restoration/remodeling work. Mr. **** claimed to do restoration/remodeling work under a "parent company," named as "* ****** ****** ********." This is untrue and a total sham. He has worked outside of his license and authorization. I was completely duped by Mr. ****. Mr. **** appears to, at will, change the terms of the contract, the project estimate and cost at will. Mr. ****, with no discussion, eliminated items in his revised restoration estimate, that were in his original estimate, for which we have already paid.
