      On Oct 19 I Paid $473 dollars in cash for a custom ribbon shirt made by Patricia M*******. The reason I paid cash was to make the transaction easier. And because she has been honorably featured I had absolutely NO reason not to trust her. Also the reason I let it go so long before reporting it is because I felt she would eventually get the shirt done and sent to me. I was giving her full benefit of doubt. It should also be noted: I paid so much because I am always supporting relatives the best and whenever I can! How sad she can do this with out remorse!

      My sincerest apologies to have disappointed and failed you.
      In the past 3 years living without electricity and running water tuning a business to my best without electricity and running has proven to be one of the most difficult and challenging times.
      I recently got electricity a couple months ago but not having plumbing and literally running to the outdoors in the winter caused 2 falls on the ice where I almost had to have surgery but with extensive therapy I am better.
      I will get you paid and I hope you and your family are well.

      I forgot to mention: 
      The excuses she has given we have already talked about. Her excuse of no electricity has no merit! simply look at the things that are posted about her work and awards! And if so bad,why did she agree to the job? And why did she TAKE our Money?? This/her actions alone indicates a lack of good intention.
      Sad how her action/inaction reflects negatively toward our (her) relatives; Sad
