    We recently attempted to book a Premiere Properties location through **** for ****, **. We searched many different properties, including details on parking and pet fees. We made sure we understood all potential charges before choosing a property. We ended up selecting a Premiere Properties location called La Casita Upscale Southwest Charm because the listing clearly states they allow pets, but didnt mention anything about pet fees like some of the other properties did. The **** nightly rate was $150/night. After booking, the owners asked if we were traveling with pets, which we indicated that we were. We then received a booking agreement to sign that had a different nightly rate of $175/night and didnt mention anything about a pet fee. We asked about that and we were told it was because they charge $25/night for pets, which we challenged them on because the property description did not list any fees. Their response is that the fees are listed in a copy of their agreement that is available to view AFTER you have already clicked the button to book the property. We also never even saw that document available from the mobile site. It was clear to us that they were intentionally misrepresenting additional fees and charges where many other properties made them clear and obvious in the property description. We opted to cancel, which they did cancel for us with no issue, but the experience was frustrating and wasted our time as we wouldnt have booked with them had the fees been clearly represented in the first place.
