    If I could give them minus 5 stars I would!!!!!
    They never showed up for the appt. I had with them at 9:30 am. I finally called them around 10:30 and asked them where they were and the women said we tried to call you to confirm you wanted to keep your appointment but you didn’t answer your phone, so, they didn’t go to your house (from Taos to Red River). She then asked, “Would you like to reschedule”? I told her I thought we had already confirmed this appointment via email. I could reschedule for the next week then I canceled that appt the same day. Valverde Energy and Bond Plumbing billed me $459.59 for phone calls and emails,
    Really, you should be ashamed!! You know you never showed up to my house!

    Good afternoon, We apologize that your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We require confirmation from clients before leaving especially those whom are a great distance from our shop because occasionally clients will forget about the appointment. I rescheduled you because by the time you had called me back we had an emergency come up. The day of the rescheduled appointment we got confirmation with you that morning. The technicians called me as they were getting into Red River for further directions to your home. You then called me to let me know that you had a family emergency come up and that you had to cancel. Due to us having already picked up parts, driven 1 hour up to *********, and needing to drive 1 hour back to **** we had to charge you for the time spent driving up there as the cancellation was made minutes before arrival. Later when you received your bill you called me to voice your complaint on this charge. At that time you informed me that you did not in fact have a family emergency but that the following had occurred; "my mother told me if you didnt show up the first time then you wouldn't show up the second time so I cancelled". Emergencies happen and we do need to reschedule due to them occasionally. Still it is only fair to respect the time that we took to get up there on December 19th. This was during the busiest month of our industry when other people could have been helped at that time.

    This is an inaccurate of events. My appointment was confirmed via email for December 19 at 9:30 at 10:02. I called Bond Plumbing and asked where the technicians were and she informed me nobody was coming to my house that day because they never got me on the phone to confirm the appointment. My reply was I thought we confirmed it last week via email. She asked me if I would like to reschedule the appointment. I rescheduled it for the next week. At 11:29 the same day Im staring at my phone records. I called and canceled the appointment for the next week because I felt uneasy if youre not gonna show up the first time are you gonna show up the second time now I gotta be off for $460 and you havent done a thing except email me and call me on the phone. I dont know why youre billing me. What work did you do for me?
