      Heide listens to and respects her client's needs on, not only a financial level, but emotionally, as well. Unlike many realtors, she confidently wrote a short listing contract and she and McKay HUSTLED! They were responsive and truly listened to my wishes regarding transactions. I'm sure there were moments I frustrated them with my stubbornness, and they were extremely patient, respectful and professional. We closed a deal that I feel very good about. I will miss having regular occasions to speak with Heide. I wish I'd have known her when I was still in Boulder City!
