    0 stars if possible. Car seat Ill NOT pass safety check as it doesnt have hip straps. Had to purchase another car seat when being discharged from hospital. Unable to get in touch with the company and overall just very shady and unsafe please dont buy!!

    I purchased a stroller from this company for my daughter and it was not federally approved. When she chose this I don't think she knew what that meant or if she even saw it. I have called their customer service number and emailed about a return as they say to do but nobody gets back to you either way. This company it horrible now I am stuck with a stroller that we dont need. I had to buy another one so she could bring the baby home. That extra $259 for the stroller could have been put someplace else. This company ***** on all aspects!!!

    Poor quality stroller at a high price, bent items, and unstable carrier in car. I could not transfer my new born daughter home in the carrier as it did not connect to base, and hospital did not deem it safe.I asked for refund, but they countered with the we need to pay shipping back, which is basically all of the amount of the refund. Unfair as their product is defective and unsafe. I would not buy from them, if you care about the life of your children.
