The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On 06/15/2022 the SEC-Security Exchange Commission filed charges in Federal District Court in Reno, Nevada. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of selling securities in unregistered oil and gas offerings, acting as unregistered securities brokers, and breaching their fiduciary duties as investment advisers by failing to disclose to clients financial conflicts of interests. Customer Complaint
Consumer complaints received by BBB allege unauthorized charges and non-delivery of products. Consumers state that when they ordered a free publication offered by the business, they were simultaneously registered for a help line service. Consumers also state they were unaware of the ongoing charges associated with the help line service. Consumers who engaged in other programs that the business offers state the level of coaching provided by the business did not meet their expectations or the in-depth level of training that the business purported.
Consumer complaints also state the business' return policy is unclear. The return policy on the business' Web site does not match the policy explained by sales personnel.
The business responds to some complaints by making partial refunds. In other cases, the business does not offer refunds stating the consumers agreed to its terms and conditions as explained by its sales personnel.
