    *****'s Carpet Cleaner in ****** was schedule to clean our new homes carpet. They came one day before we even moved in. Unfortunately, they didn't leave a receipt/bill or business card. When we moved in the next day, the rooms with the carpet still smelled like dog urine, so we had our daughter and her boyfriend clean 5 rooms that took 2 days. I finally received a bill from *****'s C. C. months later. Upon calling and indicating our not so happy with the results, ***** voided our bill and gave a great explanation of the kind of carpet we had and how hard it was to clean. We are now planning to replace the carpets in the rooms for a better quality carpet. ***** was great to work with and he honored his work and said he would void the bill out. Now that is great customer service, you don't see this kind of service much. Thank you *****, I will be using you in the future, when I get NEW carpets per your recommendation.
