    On August 31,2022, I ordered four Ply Gem windows from your business, Superior Door and Window, Quote #*******. On September 23, 2022, I signed their Home Improvement Contract, and made a down payment of $1650.00. On September 28, 2022, I upgraded the windows to the Milgard brand, Quote **************. Then on October 10, 2022, I added a bathroom window to my order, Quote ***************. I have been waiting to be advised of an installation date, and when I wasn’t able to contact them by phone, I stopped by their establishment on April 13, 2023, to check on my purchase. I discovered that the business was closed and that the building was empty and up for lease!

    We ordered four Milgard windows & installation from Superior Door in Carson City, NV and paid half down, $1969.16 on October 4, 2022. Our installation date was scheduled for January 19, 2023. Due to weather we assumed it was canceled. I reached out to this company. They said that they did have our windows but due to weather everything was backed up. I thought understandable with the weather conditions but I cannot reach them for any updates. Now, it's the end of March and from reviews it sounds like this company is closed. I have made many phone calls and there isn't even a voicemail, just music. I have also emailed them. To date I have not heard anything from this company.
    My husband is a disabled Vet and cannot do any physical work, even if we could get the windows delivered, but we're scared that we will be out this money. I'm putting refund but if they can go ahead and install our windows that would be great.
    I so hope that you can help us.

    We purchased three doors from this business. A back garage door, a front door and a kitchen door at the end of October 2022. The total was $ 8245.83 with a 50% deposit for the doors to be ordered. We paid for the back garage door in full. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks for the doors to arrive at their business. At the end of December we called for an update on the doors and were told they hadn't, come in yet. We called in mid January and no one was answering their phones or emails. We left several voice messages and emails with no response for the business. We went to the place of business to find a temporarily closed sign and a building for lease sign on the door. At this point we just want our money back.

    Approximately 4 weeks ago I purchased in full a front door from Superior Door. I called and left 2 messages and emailed them trying to get an ETA on my door, with no response.

    Today, I drove over there and there was a sign in the door window saying they are temporarily closed. I have emailed them about getting a refund but I have had no response. Now I am afraid I am out $1200.

    November 17, 2022, I ordered a 3-0X 6-8 front door to be installed at my home. Additionally, I ordered a window insert for the back door (to be installed).
    The total bill came to $2,021.41 and gave the company half of that as a deposit.
    They told us that they would receive the door about 1-13-23 and it would be installed around Januay 31st of this year.
    I went by the business on 1-14-23, and was informed that the door had arrived and they were currently working on the "pre-hung" frame. The next day, I received a phone call from Superior Door saying that it was finished and the installer would call to schedule the installs.
    It been 2 weeks and I still haven't received a call. I wentby the business and its all closed up, all of the trucks are parked in the front and there Isa note saying, "We are currently closed. Send questions to: [email protected]
    I have sent 4 unanswered emails to them. No response.
    I hoping you can help file a claim before they file bankruptcy.
    I would like to get my deposit back or at least the door and the window insert
