      Carpet and laminate installed started on 08/24/2023 to 09/06/2023 then abandoned the job. New installer came 2 weeks later and repaired half of laminate floor that first installer cut wrong and attempted to repair the carpet but couldn't. Patrick M******* Owner NV. LIC#******* came to inspect. ordered new piece of carpet. It was installed and that piece was cut too short leaving a hole in the corner and seams outside the closet area. Patrick M******* then promised to return after the holidays per conversation at job location on 11/09/2023. Shawn S********* (financial manager carpet one) replied in email that he talked to Patrick and something will be worked out after holidays, and proceeded to collect the remaining $4784.08. Carpet One located at ***** ****** ****** Carson City NV 89706 was evicted and locked out of their building for non payment of rent on 12/20/2023 and all phones and emails disconnected. I have to pay another company to come and replace the living room carpet for $6,570.00 for a less expensive carpet. I paid Carpet One $7,337.88 for just living room carpet. Patrick Threatened me by Making me pay the balance owed of $4,784.08 BEFORE he could honor the carpet one "beauty guaranty". I told him that you can't warranty a job when it is not finished, but he assured me they would return after January 1 2024 to finish the job.
