    On July 12th, 2023, I placed order #**** for Olive SmartEar Plus @ $299.00. Their website explicitly shows RISK FREE in a large bold font at the bottom, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. When I contacted Olive Union on July 31st to obtain a return authorization, they wrote that the purchase was excluded from the 30 day return guarantee because it is a refurbished item. I provided them with a screenshot, but they tell me that their "fine print" in the terms and conditions excludes refurbished items. There is no way a person who needs hearing aids would spend $300 and risk them not fitting properly or not correcting the hearing problem. It is false advertising to have conflicting terms in a contract.

    Olive Max Hearing Aids were purchased 4/5/22 for 299.00+19.00 shipping with the understanding that they would be delivered Nov.2022, then Dec.2022, and finally received 3/28/23, DHL#**********. On the sixth day I had problems and emailed with my concerns. Went back and forth and on May 12 the conclusion was to send them back. DHL# **********. They were received on May 18. I have provided supporting email attachments from May 24 thru June 26. May 24 Olive Union confirmed receipt and said replacements would be sent on May 25. June 1 asked for an update-no response. June 12 asked for an update- no response. June 20 sent certified mail/return receipt #******************** to Nicholas D*** (business manager USA) We had a few emails then he stopped communicating. No response since June26. I had these hearing aids appox. 45 days. Olive Union has had them appox. 55 days and counting. I don't want them, I want my money back. This company can not be trusted. No communication, no product, no money = SCAM.
    This is where they were purchased.
