    I had them repair my HVAC system. It was not urgent because the weather was very nice and I was not even using it. They had told me that some of the parts for the system were still under warranty even though it was almost 10 years old. it turned out to be the evaporator pump which was not under warranty. He told me it would be $600 so I thought it was an expensive part and would take some time to replace. He was only here for about an hour. I did some research when he left, and found out that the part was $100. Another big HVAC business in the area quoted me under $400. Another smaller business only $200 for the part and installation. I called Capital and the manager was not helpful and gave many excuses for why it was $600, all BS. I saw that they had an A+ rating here on BBB. People should know that they way over charge for their service. They should not have such a good rating. It is misleading.
