    The customer service of this company is terrible. Joy, the woman I dealt with in both email and over the phone, is rude, very confrontational, and extremely unprofessional, as noted by ************ in another review. The quality of their work was fine from what I can tell, but my suggestion is if you want to work with them, do not rely on email and phone calls for agreed upon work. My email CLEARLY stated the scope of work I wanted, but they came in and did a bunch more from an inspection (even though AGAIN I clearly stated what I wanted done) and then charged me for it. Joy blamed everyone else but herself and stuck by her **** to us. I can not state enough, do NOT rely on email and phone agreements to do work with them. You need to have a FORMAL agreement signed by all parties OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Good luck!
