    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY MOTHER WHO WAS ROUTED TO THEIR SITE TO "RENEW HER GREEN CARD" PAID $285 FOR NO REASON. ITS THE FIRST WEBSITE THAT COMES UP ON ****** WHEN SEARCHING USCIS GREEN CARD RENEWAL. THEY CLEARLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOSE WHO CANT FULLY READ ENGLISH INTO THINKING THIS IS THE "ACTUAL RENEWAL PROCESS". THEY SEND YOU THE EXACT SAME THING YOU FILL OUT ONLINE AND ASK YOU TO SIGN IT AND MAIL IT BACK WITH CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR ANOTHER $465 TRUE RENEWAL FEE THROUGH THE GOVERNMENT!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY CRAZY AS YOU DIDNT NEED NOR DID THEY "HELP" YOU WITH ANYTHING. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THEIR VERY ONLY SUPERVISOR ON THE ***** WITH MY CONCERNS OVER MY MOTHER GETTING TOTALLY MISLEAD AND RIPPED OFF AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH *** WHO WAS MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL, ADDRESSED CONCERNS WHILE EXPLAINING THEIR TYPE OF BUSINESS AND "SERVICES" BUT GAVE ME THE PROPER INFORMATION TO PROCESS A REFUND. THE SUPERVISOR SHOULD BE TERMINATED- SHE WILL BE THE REASON THIS COMPANY FAILS AND FOR THE OWNER NOT TO KNOW ITS PURE IGNORANCE. GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO ARE TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND RENEW THEIR STATUSES IN THIS COUNTRY - WHAT THEY MAYBE SHOULD TRY AND DO IS OFFER A SERVICE TO HAVE PEOPLE PREPRE FOR CITIZENSHIP- NOT A MISLEADING RENEWAL THAT IS CLEARLY NOT DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN UNLESS OF COURSE YOU DONT SPEAK AND OR WRITE PERFECT ENGLISH TO KNOW IT WHEN LOOKING AT THEIR SITE. WHAT A SHAME! SHOULD THIS REFUND ACTUALLY TAKE PLACE I WILL GLADLY GIVE THEM PRAISE- UNTIL THEN. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE DOING BUSINESS NOR BE ON ****** AND ADVISE THEY BE REMOVED. THANK YOU
