This is the second complaint against the company. The first one was not resolved. They refused to do anything to help me at all. Finally after several phone calls from someone who I never got their name who would call after hours and try to tell me something that I wanted to hear only to find out later that what they told me was a lie. Supposedly they were going to send a part to their equipment to see if that would fix anything. #1. The car was at laird noller Ford Hyundai. The car is under warranty. It's a 2022 Hyundai Elantra. And their equipment will fail you every month without fail, over 18 months and it the same. Then when their equipment fails they put it on me to do all the running around needed and pay 100$ to have my car towed to them. So, I decided to switch companies. I have six months to go on having a device in my car. Nothing makes you more upset than doing all this work I've done to become sober than a false positive test on these machines. And it would not matter at all, every single month I'd have at least one false positive. Because I haven't had anything to drink in 2.5 years now. Finally and my reason for this part of the complaint. Is they never sent the state any proof of my participation in the program. So the state is making me repeat the 18 months I've already been on the thing. This is going to cost me 1000s of dollars that if they would just do their job, and actually fax the form to the dept of revenue. But they won't do it. They say they have, but when you go to DMV driver solutions they still don't have the forms. AND they just tried to charge me for another months worth of service even though I had them take the device out two days ago. They are basically just being evil.

My device has malfunctioned every month without fail. And every month I am charged an additional fee for the malfunction. I'll blow and it will say I'm hot for alcohol when I'm not. This has happened every single month. I have never had a month where the device didn't malfunction and create a further bill for me to pay. Well, now the pins on the connector port have broken due to obvious wear and tear. The device is 20 years old. And I was stranded for hours waiting for help. Finally AAA came and picked the car up off the street, and now it's at laird nollar Hyundai where I need the interlock system replaced. Doug's Service Center the place that does the work is refusing to help me at all. The lady on the phone hung up on me after I scolded her for attempting to assign blame for this device being in poor condition. It was used when I got it. And I'm stuck now at home, no car. And they won't lift a finger to do anything.
