    In August of 2020 I was presented with three packages to purchase that ranged from "Silver" (DIY) to "Emerald" *************** I was assured that the *** and cashflow in these *******s were less that one year *** and in excess of $5,000/month cashflow per item listed. Based on these promises I paid the highest fee of $25,000 for the Emerald ******* because I felt that having an experienced team doing the work for me would be a full proof way of having a successful outcome. The promises I was given and expectations of performance and *** that I was led to believe have been entirely incorrect and frankly a 100% loss. My experience of DK Automation has been an unprofessional and disorganized team with no apparent drive or desire to provide the expected service or operate with integrity inline with the promises that were made from the beginning. In mid March of 2022 I began speaking with a consultant hired by the company. I had made formal requests for refunds and in addition was starting to have my credit card charged very high "storage fees" from Amazon due to quality issues from the manufactured which the DK Automation Team advised me to use. Additionally we spoke about the monthly charges I was getting for an extension of a ******* offered to me for listing support that wasn't happening. That charge was $497/m which started on December 21st 2021 and was charged a total of 4 times to my credit card which totals $1988. I requested that to also be canceled and refunded because the service was never provided and he told me that it will be, but at the time of writing this, has yet to happen. The promises of this endeavor from the very beginning were flawed and on multiple occasions I tried to keep their company involved and proactive on my project because I was trying to protect my investment. After over $70,000 in losses and around the end of ************************************************************************************ along and costing my more and more money.
