      Dont waste your money!! They say there is a 91 day moneyback guarantee I sent the item back within 30 days reached out to them via email because there is no phone number to contact them. They wanted the tracking #, I provided it and its still been over 2 months without my refund. I contacted my bank and sent them another email and now finally they say my money will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Horrible company to deal with!!

      Same exact experience as ********** - have been trying for a month for them to respond to request to return/refund in accordance with their published 91 day no questions asked money back guarantee, but no response by email, phone, nor social media attempted contacts.

      This company does not communicate back when a return/refund is requested. They claim a 90-day no questions asked return policy however they 1) cant be reached by phone and 2) send a single automated email when you contact them via email. The email states they will send further correspondence if a return is required, but 3) follow up email never arrives. I wonder if the only way to get money back is a small claims court claim or to contest with my credit card company.
