    Date of call to company 05/17/2023 Did not pay any money I called to ask about repairs, and the receptionist stated they do not do roofing repairs, but it is listed as a service on their website. The false advertising should be investigated and reported. The business did not try to resolve the problem. The only business they want is new roofing to collect more money.

    Hello,

     We are extremely sorry to hear that this consumer feels they had a bad experience calling for service from our company.  We pride ourselves on our personal service and receive many return and new customers through word of mouth.  I am not quite sure what happened on the phone call in question as I was not in the office when it occurred.  NRC Roofing does do repairs and we have always done repairs. We do repairs on many customer's homes for years and build up a relationship with them and many times when they are ready to do a reroof, they have us do that because they know us and trust ***************** are an important part of our business.  Right now, we are extremely booked up, everyone is because of the horrible winter we had.  We are also at this time shorthanded. We have one crew going at the moment and are trying to get more workers.  When someone calls regarding repairs, we are very honest with them about being extremely booked up on reroofs and shorthanded. We tell them that there is a list of people ahead of them for estimates and repairs that we are working through. We give them the option of trying to call someone else to see if they are as booked up and maybe can help them sooner and we give them names and phone numbers of other companies we trust, and we give them the option to be put on our list to receive an estimate and then have the repairs they need done if they prefer to wait for us.  We also explain that right now as we are so busy that it could be a while before we can get to them, as our guys are doing estimates and repairs in the afternoons when they are finished for the day with already scheduled jobs, and on weekends.  I am not sure what went exactly wrong on this phone call, or whom the consumer spoke to. Our office manager *********************** has been with ** for almost 12 years and our secretary *********************** has been with us for 2 years. I can only figure that maybe it was *****, and she may not have explained the situation correctly.  If the consumer would like to call our office again and ask for our office manager, we would like to be given the chance to correct any bad experience she may have felt she received from our company.  Once again, NRC does do repairs, we have always done repairs and we have always taken pride in our customer service.
