      They don't respond to requests or call back. If we have a question the management emails rather than pick up a phone, if they respond at all. Anything negative is met with silence and avoidance. Very poor customer service.

      The worst dealership in ******!! Do not buy anything from these people!! They will take your money but they will not take care of you. The dealership was turned over to the son who doesn't know the first thing about customer service. Unfortunately his father didn't teach him that lesson....or probably did but rich spoiled kids never listen. He will run this company in the ground because it was given to him and he's never worked for anything. Stay away from Michael **** dealerships in ****************** or you will be the next victim.
