      Hired Carson Home Improvement to install seamless gutters on 11-14-23 after receiving an estimate and product sample. Work was completed on 12-6-23 and payment of $2,790 made. Upon inspection of installation noticed that gutters on either side of house were not seamless, a downspout was put in the wrong place as discussed and water was leaking from some of the seams. After discussing concerns in person with CHI owner Scott H*****, he agreed to come back summer 2024 and re-install seamless gutters on both sides of house and move the downspout. At that time he did tighten the seams. He explained that due to the cold weather he could not make the gutters seamless and that he had forgotten that we discussed the location of the downspout. Emailed Scott H***** on 6-3-24, 6-13-24, called and text on 6-21-24 and on 6-25-24. Received a text back stating he was in poor health and out of business for the next several months. He said he had tried to find someone to move the downspout for us but that he had agreed to re-install the gutters as a courtesy and good will that he can no longer honor.
