    A male employee working at the counter asked me if I was able to pay for services stating the expenses was over $200.00. I told him I earn over $100K a year. I felt he wanted to argue with me, instead of listening to my concerns. I wanted to speak to the owner but I was told he already went home for the day. When I paid my bill, the male employee stated he talked to the owner and everything was ok. I never gave him permission to talk to the owner on my behalf. I wanted to talk to the owner and submit a complaint. The male employee under mind me as a customer. The business does not display their costs for mechanical work. It seems the cost is based on the owner experience and an estimate. As a woman, Im not sure if I am paying too much for services. On several occasions, the business did not call me to pick up my vehicle. When someone remembers to call me, I ask "What is the total cost of the work done on my vehicle?" Most of the time Im not told because they are too busy! I would not recommend this business to other women, it seems like the men are sexist and racist and they do not have communication skills to provide a service. The employees need to respect everyone and treat the public with being honest, more importantly toward women. I work hard for my money, and I didn't feel appreciated that day I took my vehicle in for services.
