    July 16. I requested Northeastern Tire to repair a hose on the turbocharger on my 2013 Ford F350 6.7 Diesel truck. Mike Watt owner charged me $2600. The repairs were not made at all. Wrong parts, wrong wiring was made. Engine light was on entire drive home six hours, black smoke coming out of exhaust, truck didn’t drive right no acceleration. I had to have the truck fixed correctly in Gardnerville for an additional $1300. I have called the business a number of times. They won’t return phone calls. I stopped by the business owner refuses to discuss it refund any money. This guy is nothing more than a liar and a thief and should not be allowed to do business in Ely.

    A few days before thanksgiving, I took my truck to Northeastern tire here in Ely to get my truck looked at for problems it was having. They informed me that they would have to run a diagnostic on it and they would call in a few day’s. After a few days I received a phone call saying I have a collapsed lifter and it should be a few more days to fix it. A month later they informed me that a mechanic quit and it’ll be a few months before they can look at it, or I can pay the diag fee of $120 and storage fee to take it somewhere else. I feel this is fraudulent since the work was not done as promised when I took my truck in. I still have a broken truck and hundreds of dollars to pay just to take it elsewhere in the middle of winter over a one day job that another shop can do. This is wrong on so many levels
