March 25 2025 we lost power to our 5th wheel. Around 730 pm I walked to the store to let someone know. The manager came out and after he was hesitant to even speak with me he asked my amps and then said to just move but not to one specific spot because there's a Amp diffenece. After letting him know we have children and no truck right now he simply said "hire somekne" and walked away from me. Nobody came to check the issue or asked anymore questions they just said move and hire someone and walk away. This was after I had called 4 times and nobody had even answered the phone.

On October 19, 2024 I paid $51.65 to stay overnight at Fallon RV Park and Country Store located at **** **** ******* in Fallon Nevada. I paid with a Visa Credit Card. We chose to stay there because we stayed there some years back and were very pleased with the property. The property is now a mess but that is not the reason for my complaint. We arrived at the park about 4:30pm and while checking in they asked to see my ID. I pulled my CA Drivers License from my purse and held it up to show him thinking he probably just wanted to see my picture to confirm that I was who I said I was. He walked over to me and held up his personal phone and took a picture of my ID. I was completely surprised, and I asked him why he took a picture of my ID. He said that he needed it for his computer. I left the office thinking that just didn't seem right and I became worried about identity theft. I went back to our RV and told my husband what happened, and he felt the same way I did. He said they have no right to my DL number and my birthdate etc. We both went together back to the office. I approached the guy who checked me in and told him I didn't think he had the right to take a photo of my ID and that I wanted to watch him delete it from his phone. He obliged my request, and I watched my ID disappear and another customers ID pop up on his personal phone. I am not 100% certain that my ID was not transferred to the main computer and that they might still have my information. My Husband and I have traveled all over the US staying in RV parks and I have never had another park ask for or take a photo of my ID. I'm hoping that by pursuing this complaint I will save someone else the stress of wondering if their identity was just compromised.

We have paid our 700 dollar rent on time since being here. Power has just went out and been off for hours even days. If you ask about anything you get yelled at. They claim to have ammennities that they do not have. It's mid summer and we have currently been out of power for over 24 hours. The showers and bathrooms are out of water. Trying to talk to anyone about anything there is no fixing anything they just say ok and carry on. I'm disabled I have dogs and I know there are elderly here with no power. We can't just up and leave.
