    01/20/2024 Travis C******* of Keep It Green And Clean came out to look over our property and gave us a quote of $850 for weed clearing and removal on 2 acres he said would take 3 days for him and his wife, Amber B******, to complete. He wanted $425 down and would start on Monday the 22nd. I guess he was renting a push weed mower from Ace Hardware and was having mechanical problems. He finally started the job in the afternoon of 2/23. On the morning of 2/24 he messaged me asking when I would be there to pay him since they were almost done. I told him I would be there that afternoon around 1pm. I got there at about 1:30pm and there were chopped up weeds everywhere! I told him that I would need them raked up or they would just reseed. He said that raking was not part of the quote and at that point the wife took out her phone and started recording me saying she was taking me to court because I expected her to pick up every seed. I told her I never said EVERY seed, but that I expected it to be raked up. She shoved the phone in my face saying, "this is for identity purposes in court"... she kept saying they were going to sue me and we will see you in court... All I asked was for them was to finish the job! The husband apologized for his wife and said they would come back in the morning and at least spray pre-emergent if I would just pay the balance to shut her up... so I paid him the balance of $425, And as you can guess... They never showed back up. I left 1 star reviews on Yelp and Google since they had blocked me from any communication. They then proceeded to email me several times threatening me with their lawyer and court if I didn't remove my reviews. They have also claimed on their business page that my place was full of feces and dead animals, which is a blatant lie. A friend sent me a screenshot of the post... They say I am slandering them, so they are too. There are approx. 10 other local people that have come forward that had this same issue with this company.

    We did a quote for this lady . We had me and my 18 year old daughter with me. We walked property with ***** and ***. We talked about areas. Went over job details. Collected deposit. Wrote receipt. Yes we rented equipment. It failed for 2 days. Got it to work. Took us 2 days. 14 hours total of 2 people. Burned 16 piles of tumbleweeds. Told customer I am using a brush hog. It mows it down and we will hard rake it. Not rake it down to dirt. Not get every seed up like she wanted. We have the conversation. Every message. She showed up drunk with a Coors light to quote.  The brother of the renters there came out and said if I knew the homeowner I told him no. We were hired by her to clean property. He told us some way out stuff about *****. Renters have no heat and the trailer is at a breaking point. Fire stack is about to fall off house. The acres on this property was disgusting. Dead chickens, owls. Animal feces everywhere. No sense of cleanliness. Trash is scattered over acres. We cleaned the said areas . Came across several dead carcuses. Took pictures . After the hours we spent cleaning. We texted her were done . She pulled in to her property driving around and almost hit our work truck. Came out and started going off how the weed seeds aren't up with weed residue from the brush hog left after a hard rake left behind . We told her that we're not hand pulling the weeds that she paid for a brush hog. We can't get every weed seed. She said it was our job!!! I take pictures of everything. We did our job . We can't get every weed seed and leafs she didn't pay for. She called my wife several names. Yes we video recorded her behavior. It scared us! Drunk as shit! We grabbed our money we had to fight for. We have records of everything. She has to pay for the work we did. Or yes court was next. She is very rude. A horrible drinking person to work for. She has been slandering us with her family and we will stop it. Fake reviews from her peanut crew

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The companies responce is absolutely ludicrous!

    The work was not finished and the way it was left was worse than when it began.

    The condition of the house is insignificant to the job, but also completely false!

    This company has several citations and fines issued by Churchill County and are nothing more than con-artists!

    I refuse and contest their entire statement!

    The company did not offer any resolution. 

    I would like a partial refund of $425 since the job was for 2 ACRES WEED REMOVAL AND PRE-EMERGENT SPRAY. 

    The weeds on all 2 acres were not removed and NO PRE-EMERGENT was sprayed.

    We are not responding with a way to fix this issue. You are slandering and leaving fake reviews from people we didn't work for. So now we are pushing forward with legal help to stop these people from bashing our company. Again we have our 18 year old daughter with us on your quote which you were drunk at! We did our job. We have before and after pictures of our work for court.
