      On January 29, 2025, my account became overdrawn due to an unexpected vehicle emergency. I understand this was my responsibility for not monitoring my account more closely, and I do not fault Financial Horizons for the overdraft fees, I think the charges were way too excessive. He is my reason, I had a pending government deposit that would have more than covered the overdraft amount. This deposit was guaranteed and was already showing in my account.Despite the pending deposit, I was charged three $30.00 overdraft fees, totaling $90.00. As someone living on an SSI income, this amount is a significant financial burden. I understand that Financial Horizons has policies in place regarding overdrafts, and I respect that. However, I am respectfully requesting a reversal of these overdraft fees due to the pending deposit that was already in my account.I had already seen on my App that the funds pending on the 28th this is my SSI payment, typically due on the 1st, was scheduled for the 30th due to the 1st falling on a Saturday. The ******************* sends these payments to all financial institutions two days in advance, a the funds were already in my account. While ********************************************* does not release "funds early" to Social Security recipients as many financial institutions do, the money was present in my account.I believe that charging $90.00 in overdraft fees in this situation was excessive, and I kindly request that you reconsider and reverse these charges.

      The three fees that were charged to the account were justified overdraft fees. However, we will agree to make a one-time exception, and I have refunded the $90 in fees to the checking account. If the member doesnt want to get charged future fees, she needs to reach out to the merchant she has who is trying to pull the payments owed to them before her monthly SSI deposit is posted to her account.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I did contact the companies that were taking the funds out of my account and resolved that issue with them also. Thank you for your help!
