      Left a review due to his doors being locked(with a 24hr access membership) so he canceled my membership without notice. He locks you into a contract,with no way to release unless you have a dr ******* on your death bed. He has personally expressed to me his lack of care for the members. He will reply with a very unprofessional reply,and make the situation out to be your fault. It's real simple,you live blocks from the gym,or your manager does,don't leave a note on the door saying you will open at 7am,and then close at 6pm. Get your **** there or have someone do it for you,but a locked door with no acces to a 24 access membership is unacceptable. He will then post that he has let me go on my previous contract,but that's only cause he wouldn't let me cancel when I moved. This gym should be shut down for the way he treats members,and his staff including his VERY DISRESPECTFUL SON,should learn some manners.

      I'm sending this because I feel I was unfairly charged due to a mistake by one of your employees. During our conversation to cancel my membership your employee failed to mention that I had to be there in person to cancel. Since I don't make their policies and don't work there I don't know what any of them are so all I can go by is what I'm told. Because of the honest mistake by the employee it caused me to continually get charged for a membership I was under the impression was canceled. When I called to the actual Fernley location the girl I spoke to did not care about my situation one bit in fact told me there's nothing she can do and that she needs to hang up she did any even offer to speak to a manager but I asked her to speak to a manager and she did allow it. The manager wantee to blame me for everything and just mentioned how she can't do anything because of her policy the same policy that was not mentioned to me during the phone call of me canceling my Membership. They based the fact that I was wrong on I couldn't remember who I spoke to and phone calls that she said I got every month this year which I didn't get. If I was getting phone calls every month in 2023 which I don't have a membership for I would have definitely called in to see what was going on. During this phone call the manager accused me of lying about the employee failing to tell me to cancel in person, she accused me of trying to get out of payment as well when I make plenty of money with the job I bust my **** at every day. I signed up for a membership in February of 2022 I have never step foot past the front counter because of a shoulder surgery I had to have, it is now October of 2023 and I still have never stepped foot past the front counter of that gym yet I'm being charged $170 and that's after I paid every month except December of 2022. It is crazy to me that you guys would not want to take care of a customer. I will always have a bad taste in my mouth from your company.
