    I over paid back in December of 2021 I paid twice in one week without knowing, but they never let me know they never gave me a break on my next billing statement they just took the money. I went through all my bank statements from now till then never late on a payment, back in April he wanted to try and tell me I’m behind they forgot to place my payment in the books. So since then I have been telling him about the over payment on Dec 3 of 2021 and Dec 10 2021. Again he keeps telling me he doesn’t know what Im talking about he blocked my email and today at 8:42 pm my internet was shut off. I told him as well I need to change my payment date to the 15th of every month that’s when I get paid. No answer or okay we can do that for you. So I caved in bc I cannot miss work online and paid with what I had, it’s still not back on and it’s 9pm. Back in April they shut down our internet because they where upgrading to a faster speed, and didn’t call the customers nor send emails to letting ppl know. I was without for 6 days I missed 400.00 of work time and my son is homeschooled so he missed 4 days of school. It was hard to get ahold of them by phone and no one ever returned emails. So I am very upset with this company on how they handle there business. I should be reimbursed or have a mo free for over payment in Dec of 2021….. I will not recommend anyone to this company even though it’s for rural areas. It’s been a hassle this last year. They are quick to take the money but not quick to let ppl know what’s going on. And don’t give a damn what customers think or say. And yes I have my bank statement that shows I over paid and I sent it to him as well twice I believe and kept getting the answer I don’t get where your coming from. But I would either like my 75.00 to go back to my bank account for Dec of 2021 payment. Or free month. Because the payments are 75.00 a month. No one else does what they do so I don’t get it. Why can’t they go back n look.
