  The move out of the house went as he planned and he made sure we were gone on the day of the sale. He got his money for the help they provided packing and loading the **Haul he had rented for us from ****** (to save us money?). Now, over 60 days later, we have not received anything that shows what was sold or not sold nor what the items sold for. This feels like he stole everything we left in the house. After reading some other reviews, I see he also uses the same excuse about family members recently passing away causing him to need more time to complete his part of the transaction. In my case he actually told me his own Father had passed away and he was physically unable to function. I believed this but recently found out his father is living in an RV in *******************, which is where he also lives. Friends in ******* have been concerned that I have been scammed and now I want to warn others that he seems to be less than trustworthy when it comes to holding up his part of the contract. They should also be concerned about the "contract" he is using which contains a paragraph regarding the word Indemnification. I believe he has included that paragraph to protect himself from anyone who feels they have a right to file a civil suit against him. Beware of something that seems too good no matter how much it sounds OK. Use Caution!!

  I wish I could post 2 reviews for ****** and his team. One would be 5 stars for the work they did, the efficiency in which they did it and the amazing attitude all of his team had while they worked. But the other review would be 1 star for reliability and trustworthiness. It has now been 180 days since ****** took possession of my household goods and I have yet to receive payment for them. The specifics are as follows: I hired C&b solutions to move all my household goods out of my house and sell them as my wife and I are moving overseas. ****** and his team showed up on the scheduled day and did an amazing job packing all my items and loading them in the moving truck. At the end of the day ****** offered to buy all my items for a set price so they could sell them as they see fit for however much they want. This seemed reasonable and we negotiated what I thought was a fair price for our household goods. ****** then subtracted from that price his cost for moving all my items out of my house and to their location. In the end we settled on what we both felt was fair. He told me he would mail me a check that week for the agreed upon amount of money. 180 days later and we have yet to receive said payment. He has expressed regret for taking so long and thanked me numerous times for my patience but has yet to provide any payment whatsoever. Fortunately I have a voice recording of our entire conversation in which we discussed price, his expenses and the final amount due to us. Thank goodness for iPhones. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential clients of C&B Solutions. If all you need is your stuff moved they are amazing. But if you need them to sell your items for you beware. You run the risk of having your items stolen. And all communication from them subsequently terminated. My items that are in their possession are now considered stolen goods and I have been forced to proceed with legal actions.

  I was referred to this company to help with a cleanout of my fathers home so that it could get on the market and be sold and came to a buy out agreement with the owner *********************** back in July. To date have not received the agreed funds. All I have received is excuse after excuse. He will tell me the check has been mailed and when it was never received more excuses and lies. When a check was finally in my hands it was a bad check and bounced. Now making contact with him again more excuses and saying I will be paid, but never a date as to when. I am writing this review as warn warn people to stay clear of this company as they can't be trusted and horrible business practices. In my eyes they stole all my dads stuff and probably sold it and made a good profit and did not hold true to the agreement. Very shady company

  In response to this review. C&B Solutions kept up with communication and fell short of payment with said client do to two very close family members passing away just weeks apart. This put our financial status in stain. We communicated this and was told pay up without a care or empathy for a family owned business. Furthermore, client was paid in full with cash and extra money attached for the inconvenience. We are a trust worthy company and proud to serve our community and customers. This was very unfortunate, and better measures will be handled in the future.
