      This has been on going with this business. I have a storage unit with them. Keep in mind I had to hire a lawyer to fight to get this unit from an EX Girlfriend that put it in her name. As I'm hiring a lawyer I'm paying on this Storage unit thats not in my name. It cost me alot of money to this unit out of my Ex Girlfriends name and into my name. I was told they understand that I wont through that and I *********************** can pay what ever I can. Well now they are wanting to be part of Storage wars and Girl whom lives there and her husband got moved to Mangers so there head got very big. They went to being nice to being very Rude, Even to a friends of mine when she called they where very Rude. We asked to make payments on this unit. They would not let us make payments just because they want to be part of storage wars. So I did a review oh my god that was the end of the earth They told My Girl Friend I put a review on them and that really ****** them off and they are done working with us. We wanted to do pay Vacate nope I *********************** went too far I did a review on them and the Review was the Truth and letting others watch out. Also keep in mind they told me to pay when I could and I could pay $25.00 as long I pay something they would work with me. I call to make a payment and the husband started yelling at me really being rude. I lost my mother in March and there is dolls of hers in that unit and other items of my mothers. I wanted to pay but they want storage wars and send me to Collections. This business needs to be looked at very hard how many others have they done this too hmmmmm.

      Upon winning the storage unit in a settlement case, we explained to *********************** that it also included the debt that had accrued for this storage unit. The new occupancy agreement was mailed to him in November of 2021 but not signed and mailed back until January of 2022. We made several payment arrangement agreements that have not been upheld by ***********************. We have tried to be professional and courteous at every turn but when he was told that the unit was in default, we gave him the option to make the monthly payment with a little extra to help him get caught up, he became irate and threatened staff.

      If you look through his email correspondence (will provide upon request) with us you will see where he has stated that he has recorded each conversation with us. If this is so, we request a review of said recordings to ensure that his recollection is correct. Our staff has tried on several occasions, over the last few years, to stress the importance of him paying his unit in full each month to avoid late fees. We have reviewed the agreement with him and his alternate again, stressing the importance of paying rent in full every month and what would happen if he didnt.

      You will see through the email correspondence that our personnel were professional and adhered to the ****** Lien Law. Our auctions are conducted online and any money collected from the auction is put towards the balance owed. If the balance is not met, the account is submitted to collections.Any money remaining after the balance owed is paid is returned to the occupant.This is standard practice in all of our auctions, strictly following the ******Lien Law.

      At this point, through review of the occupants file, his payment history as well as the occupancy agreement that he signed, *********************** has been in auction status since 5/25/21, 55 days of non-payment. As stated previously, we have tried to work with him during this time to get the unit paid current. We have excluded him from 5 prior auctions, trusting that he would follow thru with his agreements. AS of today, his storage unit balance is $1626.00 and is paid through 3/31/21. ****** Lien Law defines auction status as 55 days of non-payment.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Because they are lieing. We meaning my and i tried to pay on the unit at least 8 times. This unit dose not go to auction until the end of this month just because i lift a review they didnt like. They told my wife they are done she called to ask what would be the vacate and she was told the Manager would be back in touch with her. Its recorded. Also they said we could do that and changed there mines because of the Review and in which what was said in the review was the truth. What they want to do is play storage wars and hurt peoples cerdit. I have other storage units with other places nothing like these people they very rude its recorded. If you dont beleave me have someone rent a unit and see what happens. Go under cover. The husband and wife THE MANAGERS Are very very rude. We have at least four times offering to pay on it or pay to vacate youll hear them yelling and being rude.

      This unit is 16 months delinquent, the amount owed is $1626.00. His monthly rent is $105.00, his request to make $25 payments weekly does not cover the rent let alone the balance owed. *********************** needs to pay in full before the end of the auction on October 12, 2022 in order to retain his belongings. The unit will be posted on October 5, 2022, www.storagetreasures.com and he is welcome to bid on the unit. As stated before, we have offered repayment agreements previously and ******* did not follow through, we also have held him out of 5 previous auctions, trusting he would follow through on the repayment agreements.
