      April 2023 purchased a cabana for Mother’s Day weekend got an email the week before stating all cabanas are not available cut to the park being shut down for a customer who bought out the park per a desk rep Philip.in email was asked if we want refunds or rescheduled we reschedule for June a week before arrival was having a hard time getting anyone on the phone to confirm cabana called 102 times to try to confirm finally on the 102 time got a person named Trevor he let me know I got the wrong dept let him know people in cabanas not answering let him know how many times calling he laughed and said wow stated let me try came back after 5 minutes ok I see no one is picking up let me know he can’t confirm and told me to email so gave me an email add sent email of wanting to confirm got email back asking for confo # name sent all over by email no response called again finally spoke to Philip and he confirmed for the date we rescheduled for said we are good continued to call through the week continuous confirmations got to the park to be met with we don’t have a cabana naturally we are very confused wanting answers spoke to a Beth was told someone came and bought out all cabanas 2 weeks ago let her know we booked in may she no longer said anything asked for the GM was given the park manager Matt who stated he was not aware of the issue but pointed out to him while we all stood in the cabana check in that everyone who is coming in is being told the same as we are so can’t stick with he did not know then was asked by Matt what could he do let him know a cabana would be great he told us that he could not take someone out of a cabana to accommodate us let him know we were taken from a cabana we booked a month ago he had no answer other than if we called him another time he could get us in a cabana let him know called 102 times no answer he stated call center in TX nothing he can do let him know we called all week got confirmed he stated we should not have been lots more 2 say
