      Carol ***** and her company are hella bad. Do log hire Las Vegas Community Management Group they’re are the worse HOA in the world. They will continuously send you fees and take you to court and collection companies. Do not hire them??I live on south Las Vegas with Adhara Falls and Adhara Cove they are evil people

      Unfortunately Las Vegas Community Management Group nor Carol ***** determine the HOA assessments, or fees those are established by the Homeowners Association, not Las Vegas Community Management Group. Failure to pay assessments and or fees do in fact result in owners being placed in collections per the associations recorded governing documents, that all owners receive notice of prior to the purchase of their home. Carol Apple and Las Vegas Community Management Group are simply the managing agents for the HOA they are not the HOA. It sounds like your complaint is for the Homeowners Association not Las Vegas Community Management Group or Carol *****.
