    On March 9, 2024 I ordered a *** **** Water Pump through ****. The seller was listed as ********, but this seller had an **** store called Rockbottom Auto Parts in *********, **. I was not able to install the water pump until July, 2024. When I opened the package, I realized it was not the right part, despite the **** listing that it would fit my car. I was past the **** return window. I emailed the Seller and the Seller told me to return the part for a partial refund of $30. I did return the part (emails and picture of return confirmation attached). I cannot get the promised refund from this Seller, after several emails to him.

    I am aware of the complaint. I have been wiiling to make the refund but, like I told the customer, there is not way to do it through **** because the transaction was too old and the automatic refund that the app provides, was no longer available. When I contacted him, he did not provide me with a payment method where the refund could be done. I reached out to him a few days ago to ask for some other alternative form of payment and he has not answered back. Please, provide me with the method I can use to make the refund and successfully close this matter. Thanks in advance.

    I am rejecting this response because:  This business has my address.  They can send me a check.  What they are saying is just a smoke screen to avoid the promises they made me.
