    On 11/25/24, I rented a truck from this ***** authorized dealer on ****************** that I am complaining about.I rented the truck for one day. I contacted the owner via telephone that the trucks back tires were low and it was evident that the truck WAS NOT inspected before the truck was rented to me. I cautiously returned the truck back the next day 11/26/24. The owner stated that she was in for making money, no losing money and will not pro-rate the return on the truck if I returned the truck one hour after the return time of 11am on 11/26/24. I have not received a final bill to date after requesting what amount was charged to my credit card. I requested that the charge card number be removed from their records to no avail. On 12/2/24, I complained to their office to ****** that the $23 charged be returned to my Discover card due to my life was in danger driving the truck due to the truck not being fully inspected for the tire issues. ****** told me that I should have the tires serviced MYSELF because the truck was old and the tire sensors always turn on. ****** then stated that he was not compassionate to my rental experience and he would get back to me, but never gave me further response to my complaint or call for resolution. I WILL NEVER RENT A TRUCK FROM 3 UUU EVENTS AGAINas my life was in danger driving a faulty truck. I am requesting my money back to my credit card as I was rented a FAULTY truck that had tire issues. My life was in danger driving this truck and 3 UUU Events, a supposed ***** authorized dealer should have never rented this truck out in the first place.

    To date , I have not received a credit from the poor services from this company who provided me a truck that had almost flat tire endangering my life. I was told that I should have had the tire inflated, I was provided a final bill and request a credit for $23.**  I will never rent a truck from this company , due to dishonesty, malfeasance, poor services.
