    These guys are liars!! Scratched up paint on my outdrive, got black grease all over our brand new white seats! Then our boat almost sunk in the ocean the very first trip after them working on it.
    When I went back to talk to Brent about it I recorded the entire “conversation” on audio from my phone and video from my truck. This guy denied everything even though I wasn’t asking for anything, except maybe an apology. Brent got more and more heated until he started raising his voice at me. I asked him repeatedly to calm down and I didn’t want this to get elevated and he said it was too and already elevated. He then physically threatened me by getting in my face with his shoulder back like he was gonna hit me!! All on video and you can hear how calm I’m talking to this guy who obviously has a rage problem. I couldn’t believe it!
    I had originally brought the boat in for what we thought was a shift cable problem. Brent called me a couple hours later and said it was just an exhaust flapper caught inside(very easily fixed) and my boat was ready. But charged me the same amount as originally quoted… I let it go. I didn’t notice right away they had scraped paint off my outdrive and the grease on the seats and all in the threading of seams, really tough to clean and took hours! I decided to just let it go and move on until this happened. It was the first use of the boat since he worked on it 3 months previous(not a long time and boat wasn’t used). The failure on the ocean that almost sank the boat was the shift cable bellows, which is right where all the paint was scratched off and (why the boat was brought to him in the first place) probably from the mechanic trying to remove that bellows before they diagnosed the real problem. I say this very generously…even if they didn’t break that bellows and it was just ready to go they should’ve noticed that and told me to replace that so we don’t sink!!! Terrible unprofessional THREATENING mechanics!! Go there if you dare!!!!
