    I have been trying to have my business taxes filed since April. I had believed they filed them and turned them in to the irs. They did not I learned this in July August. At first ***** the owner was willing to help me out . But now every time I try to call his cell phone or the office I don't get any answers . I have been trying to contact him because I want to know updates or if he even received the information he needed to process my taxes in the portal. All this while still charging me April until August and they didn't even file any statements or even email me so I feel like I payed them $900 for nothing. They were supposed to be doing my cpa work for my business but I think this is all just a fraud I am so tired of having to try and chase him to get this work that was supposed to be done in April. I just want to get all this over with and for him to finish and process everything, to give me all the information I payed for, and to refund the $900 that I payed for and nothing was done .

    Hello better business bureau.  My case ID is ********.  I am ********************************  I was recently contacted by ***** the owner of affordable tax solutions.  We came to an agreement, he filed my taxes as I had asked him to in the beginning.   I think he did his part and resolved my issue.  Thank you .  Now that the problem has been resolved I wish to have the complaint taken down.  As that was my agreement with ***** .   Please let me know the steps for me to take down the complaint .  Thank you
