I am a long time customer with LiveSmart ever since before they changed their name! I’ve had some issues with the equipment over the years but every single time a service was scheduled, someone was at my house within 24 hours! Without fail! Being used to cable companies and internet services, this has always been a blessing! Now that we moved to a different house with a bigger square footage and a pool, I did some research and figured solar is a big YES right now for many reasons. I come to find out that LiveSmart is now LivSmart Solar as well and they have been installing solar for the last few years in the valley! AWESOME! I scheduled and appointment to sign up and it seems like based on what the mathematics show, I will be saving an average of $140 a month and will be locked in at my price for electricity moving forward. The whole event was smooth and it was great to catch up with Drei (the same rep that signed me up for my alarm system in 2017!) Aparently this process is a little bit longer than an alarm system install and it will take up to 45 days to 2 months to be fully operational but the install is set for the end of next week so we are excited! I will come back and update my review if needed!

If I could give zero stars if I would. DO NOT purchase solar from this company. When the salesmen came to my home, they were our best friends. I was told that if I installed panels that I would never get another electric bill again. I am paying 149.00 a month for panels. The first month after installation my electric bill was 34.00 which I was fine with. After that electric bills rose and are now between 200 to 300 a month plus the 149.00. I am paying more now with panels than before. Obviosuly something is wrong with the system. I have repeatedly called the company and they say they see nothing wrong with the system through their monitoring equipment. The tech that came out said I have to understand that in the fall and winter the sun is not as strong. A company rep asked for copies of my current electric bills and said they would get back to me but they never did. The salesman Cody was also suppose to reach out to me but never did. The company has repeatedly ignored my concerns Buyer beware!!!!!

This customer did purchase a solar system through us. However, when this system was evaluated, it was based of this customer's current usage over a period of several months power bills. After installation of the solar system at some point, this customer added a jacuzzi to her home. This will increase the kwh per day by quite a bit.

As calculated by PVwatts.org, her system should average approx 22.2kwh per day in Feb. Just yesterday it produced 31.7kwh. That's 43% higher than the historical avg just yesterday. Her system is showing no errors at all and is performing well above avg for the time of year. I wish all of our systems performed this well.

Also, consumer affairs states the avg annual kwh for a hot tub is 2514kwh / 12 mo = 209.5 kwh per mo.. At our rate of $.108/kwh that's $22.63/mo added to her bill, and that's spread out over the year evenly. If she's using it more now, which many people do in the winter, then a bulk of that annual cost is being realized now since it's colder outside, it takes more energy to heat the spa now vs the hotter months.

With that said, it's very unusual for a house her size at 1615sf to have an electric bill at $200 to $300 per month, especially in winter.  $250 @  $.108/kwh = 2314kwh for the month. That's more like June/July usage for a larger house, but not now.  We would need copies of her bills to prove her claim and what month are the bills she's complaining about?

They lie about rebate and include it in the pricing. When they offer a bonus the customer is paying for it. Everything they do is lies and predatory to the customer who puts there trust in them.

This is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them!!!! I am having to dispute the charge on my credit card because they lied during the sales pitch and never finished setting up my system.
